All Things Chey wow thanks! For me personally, I guess it’s just grasping the fact that God loves me and salvation is it something difficult or something that you have to work for but easily obtain. I was I was raised believing if you do this then God will love you not God will love you and then because of his love you will automatically do these things, it’s just so hard to except. Also my relationship with God isn’t that strong, it’s a lot easier sometimes just to throw the towel in.

The wacky and wonderful Haha - I’ve never related to anything more! I don’t have a plethora of answers unfortunately, but prayer is always a good start. And i mean make it a conversation - talk to Him in a good space, as you would a friend. Tell Him it’s difficult and how you’re feeling, and tell Him your wants and desires. He’ll probably bring a sense of realisation in that moment. I also suggest watching ‘Reimagining God’ by Ty Gibson (same preacher) too! It deconstructed my view of God and its slowly teaching me who He is. It is weird - as humans we can’t love that much, and a lot of the times our human love is conditional. So yes, its weird trying to understand how much God loves us. But He does - its not something to be earned but something freely given and all we have to do is accept. Throwing the towel in, is something I’m great at too - but I’m also tired of going in circles, and ignoring that nagging - especially when I know there is so much greater in store for me. So i take it each day at a time. And thats all you need. Dont think big, but think Simple. Just take it each day and each step at a time! And im praying for you too as its not easy and I’m in a very similar place! Chey x
