In January of 2019, Ghana, a country with nearly no military pretenses, took the world by storm - but perhaps not for the best reasons. During the 38th annual Technology Exhibition organized by the Kantanka Company, the corporation's most advanced technologies were displayed.
An Armored Personnel Carrier safeguarding a group of soldiers armored with exoskeletons rolled before the eyes of a hypnotized audience, with the event calling for a solemn attitude and igniting national pride among the attendees.
But as the soldiers waddled clumsily through the parade, amateurs and experts the world over pointed at an obvious yet sad truth - the event was not a custom show but a very serious exhibition of military prowess...

Not hydraulic at all. They are electrically actuated and have redundant battery power from two sources. This is all top secret. What has not been released is the number of electrocution casualties and what happens to the LiFePO4 batteries when penetrated by small arms fire.

I very much doubt any of the soldiers believe those things would do anything other than prevent them from moving. Problem is, politicians and tech-twats like to pretend that thinking positively about something will magically make it effective, because what they're ACTUALLY trying to do is create a bluff to convince investors that, no matter how unreasonable and unrealistic some new invention is, it MIGHT be the next big thing, so if they don't invest, they'll miss out. Elon Musk is an absolute master of this type of scam. He's managed to get lucky with a couple of projects, but most of his "concepts" are complete and utter bollocks.

I've worked with armored vehicles with an armor thick enough to stop small arms rounds. The driver's hatch on those were similarly sized to the one we can see on the so-called "APC" in the video. These hatches were HEAVY. The mechanism to lock a hatch like that in a raised position had to be bulky and there was a huge spring to counterbalance its weight. Meanwhile in the video we can see that in their "APC" it is being held up by a pair of flimsy car hatch struts. I strongly doubt this "APC's armor plating" is any thicker than sheet metal not even thick enough to even stop most small arms bullets.

I do mean stupid powerful pistols and Im specifically talking about a .454/70 Mareleg Lever action. The gov likes to call them pistols under a certain length, so ill bend that for this task.
