I'm not going to lie. This song deeply affected me. At the time I just left a toxic relationship and was in a very dark place (depression and suicidal thoughts etc). I was really down and went through a rabbit hole on youtube for music to deal with my angst. I found not just this song but a whole album that spoke to me at my lowest point.
