@@Soldier979 I understand, if we're assigning era's to single players, why its Kobe and Lebron for the 00's and 10's but both those decades had single teams win just as a much during that same time period in the Spurs and Warriors. Even Magic for the 80's is leaving out how it was really him and Bird driving the league during that decade. MJ was the only one who was both the single guy and the Bulls were the single team during the 90s.

It's a mismatch. Lakers tried to out offense a team that was bigger and faster. Minnesota is not a better offensive team, but they are the superior defensive team, which Nuggets seems to have as an Achilles heel. Props to the coach for polishing defensive style of basketball.

The Timberwolves are dangerous. I had the Nuggets in 6 when the series was announced, but after seeing Denver go down 2-0 and one without Rudy Gobert, I'm starting to think that an upset is actually possible. If the Timberwolves defeat the Nuggets in the second round, they've effectively won the championship. Without the Bucks, I don't think there's a real team that can oppose them, I like the Knicks and Pacers, but I don't see either of those teams really being ready for the finals this year regardless of what happens in their series right now.

Howard gave everyone the blueprint on Jokic; make him uncomfortable by being aggressive. Don't let him get anywhere on the court without him working for it. He can't ever go from point a to b in a straight line, everything is worked for. Notice when Morris got into with Jokic he had to have his older brothers there the next game to protect him. If the Celtics make to the finals (or any team in the east honestly) will not be able to beat any team from the west. Most of the teams in the east just don’t have the personnel to deal with the depth of these west teams. Just by the defensive pressure I’ve seen from west teams has the best defense I’ve seen from the west in a while. Like just looking at the west teams compared to the east teams now. Okc, Denver, Minnesota, Dallas they have more mismatch for east teams than they do for each other. I can’t see a east team winning it all🤷🏾‍♂️
