Can i ask you Coach Chong Xie about Weight training. Is that something you should neglect or only work on when your glute dominant, i find fascia training a bit complicated, for example if you want to get stronger and more explosive you need to use Weights, soccer players Who are glute dominant and natural like Neymar are agile and Quick but weak in 1v1 strength. Also many accounts on tiktok are saying that bodyweight training are fine to do while working on your fascia but weight training is not. When you are doing push ups are you not lifting yourself?

I think you need to revisit the basics, movement and lift weights are training different part of the body. Hyperarch Fascia Training makes the body glutes dominant and use the correct muscle groups when lifting weights. the copycats tiktok accounts don't understand when to do each exercise or understand the protocol.
