I found a reason why you might want this. Really young kids who still want to toddle around and shoot are able to pull this thing back more easily than the Nerf guns that require cocking it before shooting.

Hi, I know this has been a long time 3 years, but the rope was improperly placed when reassembled, the upper roller string is not suppose to be at the bottom, but rather on the rear.

Drac if you take off the shell and cut the rope short then take out the air restrictor by taking a hammer and flat screw driver and hitting the screw driver to take it off

I'd be curious to see this mirrored with two plungers feeding to a single barrel. I'm not sure how the air would balance, slap two halved bows to an longer barrel and it might have some nice ranges without overpowering its materials.

Pretty funny in a way to watch the pair of Lightning Bow videos AFTER already having bought and used one for a couple of months. Mine has performed well out of the box, and is a sort of funky fun thing to use. Granted, I only paid $13.99 off of Amazon for it, so it's not like it cost much. I use it in our small scale dart battles due to the fact that we go by a 2 hit KO for standard darts/ 1 hit KO for Mega. It's hilarious to take down someone using this thing while they're running something like a RapidStrike.

What is with nerf and all of the jolt re-shells?? I get people like the jolt, but this is too far. Some are cool-ish but this is just terrible. Also sucks that yours broke before you could even fire it once. Definitely not investing in one of these. A bigshock is cheaper... And has tacticool tac-rail adapters if you know what I mean...

I find your vids really good and I enjoy them but you say this is a bad gun and from what I can tell in the unbox video of this gun, you didn't read the instructions and that is basically why it broke and it is "bad", personally I find this bow to work a treat and don't understand your hate for it. I shoot actual archery with a recurve bow (no sights) and that translated directly to this bow. I get better accuracy with it than any nerf gun. My reveiw is it's extremely accurate if you know how to use it, but it is a bit underpowered and while mine hasn't broke i've heard it breaks too easy.
