They've come out with a totally new design that has definitely peaked the interest of shooters everywhere. Beretta's anniversary will be next year. This year we have seen the SL2 and the 688 released. Will we be seeing more surprises next year ?

I was lucky enough to get my hands on one and I absolutely love it. Just an idea , I think it would be really cool to pattern a dt11 against the sl2 to see the difference in patterning. I searched far and wide and there’s no videos to show proof other than what the manufacturer is saying

So SL2 or HighTech 2024?
@LetsTalkShotguns6 күн бұрын
Im a HighTech guy. Not a fan of the design of the 2024 but the Perazzi action is superior in my opinion

@@LetsTalkShotgunswhen you say design do you mean the looks of the HT 2024? Which hightech version do you prefer?
@LetsTalkShotguns6 күн бұрын
I mean the looks of the 2024. At 30k i prefer the SC3 grades. They are all the same internally. Just the looks are diffey

I saw a video where beretta said they were making the cases in house now. Maybe not all of them though. I assumed they went away from negrini.
@LetsTalkShotguns14 күн бұрын
This is a Negrini case. But they do have a custom atelier that makes cases by hand. The SL3 comes with a custom case

22000 dollars really are they going insane how about a 5000 dollar shotgun and 17000 in lessons and Ammunition

They offer plenty in the price range. This is not a gun for someone learning or whatever. This is competition level. Too much for you, buy a 694 or whatever in your price range. This is supposed to be an upgrade to the dt11, something for a competitive shooter that's shooting 10,000s of rounds a year

@@ChrisIos-q7c they can list it at whatever they want. It's an over under plenty of companies whether it be perazzi, Caesar guerini, Holland and Holland, Holt, etc have guns in this price range, as does Beretta. If people buy it great for Beretta. If it flops it flops. They'll probably give them away to the sponsored Olympic/competitive shooters making more people want it, and those that have the money will buy it. My point was to the original comment about getting lessons or whatever as if this is a gun someone that needs lessons would be buying and not a silver pigeon or whatever. I'm hoping this becomes their main gun for competition and lowers the price of a DT11. Getting mad about the price of this as if Beretta don't offer something in multiple price ranges is dumb. They're obviously trying to compete with the even higher level guns that the dt11 didn't match

@@JoeC92 I don’t understand people who get so worked up about the price of a shotgun. Nobody is forcing you to buy one. There is plenty of remmington 870 and mossberg 500 content on KZbin. Clearly you’re not the audience for this content if you’re mad you can’t afford it. I also can’t afford one. Which is why I have a 694. It is a thing of beauty though.
@JoeC9213 күн бұрын
@mattnel83 I have the 694 as well love it. I'm hoping the sl2 drives the price down on the dt11 cause I would love to upgrade to one.
@JoeC9213 күн бұрын
@ChrisIos-q7c from what I understand though the sl2 is supposed to replace their competition level. They'll give it to their sponsored shooters and then others trying to get to that level will buy as it's the way it goes for everything. Hockey players trying to go pro, American football, golfers etc etc. I know different price point but still same idea buy what the pros have to 'make' you a better shooter. Those that can afford it will do so. There's plenty of guys I know at my clay range that have really high end guns when they aren't at the shooting level. But they drive around the course in their Mercedes or Porsche SUV. They have the money and use it as a way to flaunt their money. People complaining about this as if clay shooting is some sort of poor man's sport, when it's probably one of the most expensive shooting sports out there.
