Wow, 6:00 really put into words what I was feeling growing up. I was so sexualized from classmates at a young age once I started developing and it really made me try to hide the “super feminine” aspects of how I wanted to express myself with clothing in order to protect myself. I’ve ALWAYS wanted a breast reduction. As a grown adult my girls are still, for some reason, something people feel the need to bring up or look at. I’m also a dance teacher so it’s hard to move certain ways. Thank you for sharing your experience, it’s truly appreciated! And encourages me to work toward getting this done one day, and hopefully soon 🙏

Word of advice: wear your bra as long as possible. I understand you don’t want a ‘perky’ look but they will drop naturally even with support. Without support theres a possibility of them literally dropping A LOT like A LOTTT : V V 😅

I will say Kaiser's the easiest insurance for getting approved. I told them I had back pain and posture issues and my surgery's in a week (after waiting 6 months for an appt)

"exercise?" not quite the same but I had open heart surgery when I was 21 and no there is no exercise. if I move wrong the things start oozing again. I was kinda mad because I had spent time getting a regular stretching routine and worked on my posture but I was shrimping for pure survival. and not nearly enough doors have those automatic buttons. stranded in the subway in shrimp mode.
