Oh Chloe, you are the hero we needed. I've said this before, but your advice is not just for single women. Even after women are married, maybe even more so, we need to hear advice like this. Society is always trying to turn us more masculine and we need these reminders. And now there is so much focus on gender neutrality and abandoning the idea of man/woman roles. This advice is needed for women in every stage of life. After all, it's not just about finding a good man but keeping your relationship alive. Thank you!

@@Jess-ew3tm These are the type of women who tend to think that it's impossible for a man and woman to have a platonic relationship 😂. Not all dudes you interact with will be attracted to you or you attracted to them, and they can actually be a homie, best friend, or whatever you wanna call it. But i guess not everybody has experienced that. And you DEFINITELY dont have to change yourself and the way you talk or act if y'all are just friends, people should be themselves. If they want to change, great! Improvement is important but growth and change shouldn't be on the basis of just male attention, it should be because that is what you want to do for yourself.

“Self elevation is triggering for those are fearful of being left behind”. ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ I KID YOU NOT; I am moving from Ohio to Georgia in March so that I can continue my level up journey in peace. I’m becoming a realtor so that it will force me to become even more feminine and social (I’m shy, so I need to courage to meet more people). It was really eye opening to see how many people were afraid of being left behind. And honestly the ones who are afraid of being left behind are the ones who know that I will permanently be unavailable to a mule or work horse for. Since finding this channel and Chrissie’s channel, I’ve been setting boundaries and I no longer stretch myself thin for anyone, including family members. I’ve also learned to move in silence because there are so many people that want to sabotage me so that I don’t move!!!!! But listen, come all hell and high water, I AM MOVING AWAY!!!!!

I would say leave the overly used proclamation of "being an independent woman" to rest. Fact of the matter is, even IF a woman is or becomes independent, there is no need to flex...keep and use the independent spirit for your own self progression, not to prove a point to him. Just give and show the feminine expectations and mannerisms towards him.

Thank you Chloe! I really needed to hear "stop expecting your friends to be happy for your glow up." I've been on a glow up journey for the past few years (major weight loss, career level up, and most recently femininity). Upon reflection, I'm realizing I've been learning this lesson the hard way. I used to always be the sad fat friend who thought she was ugly and I was ALWAYS available to carry the emotional burdens of others and over the last 3 years I've really set some boundaries with my friends as I've transformed, and although they've been "supportive" I've never really just felt like they were behind me 100%. I recently told some close friends about wanting to be more feminine and they scoffed at me and told me I was feminine enough, the same way when I told them years ago that I wanted to lose weight they would tell me I was beautiful just the way I was (I was almost 300 pounds and dealing with weight related health issues at the time), and then they would invite me to eat terrible or order in pizza. Throughout, my weight loss they have ALWAYS been the ones encouraging me to treat myself with food and telling me "one meal won't hurt." I've lost a great deal, but I have had set backs and oftentimes they were part of me making a decision to eat poorly. I don't think they were maliciously sabotaging me, but I do think subconsciously they were, mostly because they didn't want things to change. They have admitted it's been hard for them to watch my body and my mind change and i'm really not angry with them, because honestly they're not terrible people. They're just human and I changed the structure of our relationship when I decided to change. Plus, this entire experience has really taught me the power of "No" and for that I'm grateful, but I can see now that my next level up can happen quicker if I just cut out all of the noise and draw some more boundaries with my friends! Mind your full business in 2020 ladies!

Please know that there is a difference between a man who does not actively look for a woman's accomplishments ( like women do to men) and those who are turned off or scared by them. There is a difference, and knowing that will save you a world of hurt. Never diminish your shine. Anyone asking you to do so does not love nor respect you. Men who are looking for women to be less or have less than them will actively ask you what you do, how many degrees you have, your salary, and other indicators of such success. A man that really doesn't care won't ask. If and when it comes up eventually he will be proud of you for your accomplishments and logistically understand that you probably have positive qualities that led to such success like intelligence, discipline, and discretion ( all positive healthy traits that everyone should have). A true protector and provider does not see competition in everything, only dusties. Your ability to be wealthy has nothing to do with his ability to be wealthy, he will provide for you regardless because that is what a provider does.

So what?! I like it that way! We both have strengths and weaknesses and just bc we don't have a particular strength does not mean it is a weakness per se. It just means it is what it is and you are who you are. Be you. Women, be your feminine creature you were created to be and quit trying to compete with your man or men in general. And men, if you're reading, plain and simple, your woman ain't your mama! Just my 2cents, thank you.
