Teams are not stupid enough to trade their stars in return for Giannis because Giannis gonna leave anyway. That is as real a mock draft as it gets. The key for the Bucks if they're going let go of Giannis is to rebuild. Might as well get tons of 1st round draft picks & potential young players in return than a star who might get injured and ruin their season.

Keep in mind when trading 5-10 guys for Giannis, the Bucks have to have enough roster spots to fit everyone even if they plan on waiving some of the players coming in. People are overreacting to what you've presented as the biggest possible offer, but this isn't about price; just like businesses have minimum viable product so does an NBA team have minimum viable contender (MVC). MVC tells you what you can afford to fulfill the goal of winning a championship. If you're still a piece or two away then you need to have the assets leftover to get it. If you can get a deal and hold onto more that's great, but ultimately a trade that presents you with a chance to win it all is worth paying a premium.

You're insane if you think the Bucks are going to trade Giannis at 1-to-1 salary when they're already 8.5 million over the 2nd apron, meaning they acquire a bunch of trade pieces that are difficult to actually trade. If they _were_ going to trade him, they'd only do it if they could shed at least 8.5 million. This restricts potential buyers to teams that 1) can bring in more salary then they send out, while 2) staying under the second apron themselves, where 3) acquiring Giannis actually moves the needle, without 4) selling the farm. Any teams that meet those conditions might have Milwaukee by the proverbial balls, and might be able to pick up Giannis for a song. Warriors could pick him up for Wiggins, Kuminga, and Moody, no draft picks (because, see: balls). Both teams would be under the 2nd apron, Milwaukee picks up three highly movable trade pieces - with the ability to actually trade them - and the Warriors pick up an active-Top-5 player while losing very little depth. The Bucks get both the pieces and the capability to begin a rebuild, the Warriors get another ring.

The Bucks are losing millions each year by sticking with this roster. If they continue to struggle, I believe a trade will happen this season. Damian seems like the odd man out, and if Giannis becomes frustrated with how things go, he might even request a trade!

Giannis asked for Dame, and he should also be accountable of this whole situation. Middleton and Lopez should have been traded 2 years ago, but the Bucks sacrificed their depth to please Giannis. also I don't think Dame has a winning mentality... it's a disaster.
