Hello. Hindi po lahat may tax. Duty-free yung dalang pasalubong. Pag Filipino - as long as yung pasalubong ay worth not more than P150,000 - no tax. Yung foreigner/balikbayan - as long as yung value ng pasalubong ay not more than P10,000 - no tax.

Im going to retire in the Philippines under the special retiree visa. Its says that I may take personal belongings amounting to $7,000. My question is will I be charged taxes on my guitar collection if I bring them with me. I am a musician and I have 6 or 7 amplifiers and 29 guitars. They are worth well over $7,000. I bringing all of my household goods except appliances such as refrigerators, stove/oven. I may bring several TV’s. I also have 130 bottles of sealed various liquor that I collected over the years. How do I deal with this when I move to the Philippines. I am shipping all the above belongings via 40 foot container.

Thanks for this video. I arrived in Manila yesterday. I knew nothing about this form until I was handed the form by the flight attendant. Easy to fill out this form since the One Health pass asked similar questions. Customs took a while to get through. When I come back to visit I'll complete the form online as well.

Because terminal 1 is for international travel. Never was a problem before at terminal 1 to use handed out form on plane. All of a sudden it needes to be done before on line. Very confusing for me to do on line.

This senior does not like this on line customs BS. Why online? I don't know how to do this online stuff. There is no advantage for me to do the on line form. Why only at terminal 1 this BS. This is another reason why I only arrive in Cebu. Don't go near Manila also because there are thieves working at airport plundering customers baggage. Don't travel business class or carry designer suitcase otherwise you'll be targeted. Even then, they can xray and see if you have "items of interest". Just don't go near it if you can.

Upon arrival, they let me pass directly through customs and said my form is not needed because I didn't purchase goods to sell. The only people I saw going through customs were those with large packages 📦 specially boxed up

the online criteria for entry requirements is very misleading .. i have 4 vaccinations against covid ...it does state to enter the philippines you need the neccessary vaccinations plus a pcr test ...but it states if you are over 18 years old you will be exempt from tests as long as you are properly vaccinated ..could you clarify for me the exact requirements

Hey Jocelyn thanks for the great video! We’re so excited we’re flying back to Philippines finally after the Covid drama. We’re flying in to Cebu on Eva Air. I think I will need is just to fill out the paper one for me and my mom and my wife. I imagine the paper one will be eliminated eventually and it’ll all be online in the near future. My wife understands the one health pass we’re getting the PCR test tomorrow and our flight leaves 1:30 AM on Monday and Saturday evening we will have the results of the PCR test so I think will be good to go. Not necessarily. Just indicate the description of the metal., Ex. 18k gold, quantity 1. Then you should be good and don't have to pay the 30% duty. There is a qualification in that question when it is dutiable.
