I always thought that Chevy’s front ends were way nicer looking and less clunky than GMC, and I couldn’t understand why GM would do that… now, on the new 25’s, the GMC front ends are absolutely premium & beautiful, and the lighting design is perfectly integrated into the body lines. GMC finally looks like a much more premium vehicle than the Chevy counterpart.

Is top tier diesel that Chevy supposedly recommends for the Duramax really that hard to find? The potential added maintenance costs of the diesel don't necessarily make it a slam dunk idea?

The electrified propulsion will make this Suburban a much better ride. The Silverado RST is a home run. I took delivery 3 months ago of a 2024 model and I don't give the 2020 duramax I sold a second thought. Towing my boat on the weekends is so much better using the 785 ft/lb of instant torque on the accelerator petal. I do not miss the waste of time messing with the DEF either and I am about 1/3rd the cost per mile to run than that damn diesel with charging at home and ready to go every morning. Chevy just needs to catch up with the rest of its line up. I only see this 2025 Suburban as a place holder.
