To be fair, image quality didn't change for like 50 years on TV. Only when "High Definition" was introduced on DVD's, along with LED/Plasma sceeens that we finally started seeing a huge improvement in image quality. 1080p was an enormous advancement.

This game is one of my first great memories as a Packers fan. Watching the game live, flipping channels between fox and cbs hoping against hope the vikings would lose. We watched the Cardinals win then flipped back to cbs to watch the crowd reaction at lambeau as they played the final play on the jumbotron. Amazing

STORY: This was the most mundane game ever but it will always be (besides Rodgers' SNF comeback) my favorite Lambeau memory. I've been to dozens of games, including the Seattle game a week later! But this one was the best. It was before social media, so the Vikings game was only being updated to us through a few people with radios in the crowd. By the 4th down play, the whole crowd was turned watching the stadium boxes since they had TVs and could watch the Vikings game live. The atmosphere exploded. If Lambeau had a roof we would have blown it right off. I can't even properly explain the feeling, it's one of those "you had to be there" moments. But I will never forget it. (I did, however, forget how awful the game was lol)
