Its the perfect foldable I have been waiting for. If it wasnt for the US ban and lack of Google integration, I would get this in a heartbeat. I would use it for everything you mentioned. Its brilliant and some say its thick. Sure it is but its actually thinner than the Galaxy Fold5 and barely the thicker than the Fold6. Hope Honor is working on similar. 🎉

The real question of who gets Sanctions Apple or Huawei. Apple has 80% of the American smartphone market (monopoly and too lazy to innovate). Or Huawei is forced not to use chipsets from Qualcomm and MediaTek. Even Qualcomm's 5G modem is prohibited.and can not use Google services.
