Update on the engine! I have been testing it every Sunday since this video was uploaded, and I’ve gotta say, it has far exceeded my expectations. It’s super smooth, very responsive, makes great torque, and screams down the front stretch. It took me a bit to get used to the way it tunes, but once I understood how I needed to tune it, it was a piece of cake. I’ve run it once in truggy so far and it’s got the power needed to push it around for sure. With the data I’ve gathered from testing this thing, it only needs an improvement to the runtime. It’s gets around 9 1/2 minutes on one tank which is not bad but I want to get it to a comfortable 10 minutes to make a 9 minute pit strategy and consistent and trustworthy option. I’ll do some recording of it running this coming track day and make an update video on it.
