Tbh, the leaks could be a marketing stunt. I mean, it feels more exclusive if the info is leaked, especially because you’d think Nintendo would find content with it immediately and delete it. Also the 9 prob refers to a 3d Mario game because counting bowsers fury, there have been 8, and MK9 was MKT.

@@proteus778 while the sensor is actually large enough, due to it's placement if you wanted to use it as a mouse it'd be super cumbersome with only 2 points of contact, so I don't think it'll be used that much at least in games.

Yes the best gaming device is a gaming mouse. But how do you do the analog stick movements. I believe in crisis it was front click hold and turn the mouse around and it was faster more responsive but a little more time and technique involved in learning it. The joy on sticks are not any better. They might be wanting the mouse to now play higher game titles with the mouse. So crysis 5 is going to be on switch 2 playable with a mouse. Proper, elite gaming.
