They did a great job telling the story of that difficult time period. They deserved to win, but even if they didn't win, it wouldn't matter because that's not what they did it for.

I really emotionally felt this movie that I had to buy the dvd cause I was 14 when this happened in 1981 in New York City and it took years for people to better understand it. the sad part is we lost so many wonderful creative talented loving caring people to it.
