6:10 You can tell in this moment that Jim really doesn't like the way Roy talks about Pam. It's like in 'Casino Night' when he says, 'Don't spend too much' before he leaves. Man, I really always hated him. And say what you want about Andy and Dwight being psycho in their own way, but Andy was SUPER forgiving about Angela having a full-on affair with Dwight. And Dwight felt bad for him, he didn't want to 'duel' him at all...other than just having a duel for the sake of having one. 🤣 But seriously, Andy has anger issues and doesn't kill Dwight or Angela for cheating, but Jim kisses Pam and Roy threatens both of them at some point? I didn't watch the last two seasons of the show, but in the earlier ones, the writers actually made Andy and Dwight better people after that duel.

Also can we talk about how Dwight Jr was supposed to be a seemingly normal character or even an audience surrogate and then fairly quickly into his run ends up trying to trick Erin into being alone with him in his apartment and wants to secretly film her undressing and comes up with a whole fake newscast scheme to get her to do it and brags about it to Plop? And then Plop does the right thing by convincing Andy, her boyfriend at the time to go with her and ruins Dwight Jr’s plans, but also really toes the line as our “hero” by not exposing him as a max-level creep/office predator because they’re both new and he’s like his only equal and they’re kind of in it together learning the ropes adjusting to this insane work environment?

that entire season with Erin genuinely disgusted me. There's a lot of humor in the show that toes the line, and that can be funny in the right context. Michael is often punished for the things he says that absolutely cross the line. But this was just straight-up sexual harassment and abuse for laughs. genuinely awful.

@@trippingandbrowsing1269 Yes that always seems to happen with Erin like with Gabe being the absolute creepiest, worst type of ex. My friend and I ranked all the office characters together (in their merits as humans, not as characters) and Gabe was almost at the very bottom. I'm glad Erin got a happy ending after having to put up with all that from Gabe, Dwight Jr, and Andy (3.0).
