Nice to hear that you both have family members who are not interested in plant based lifestyle. Hard to see them struggle when there is a solution to the problem. I will continue to lead by example in hopes that one day they will be ready to join me.

I am still amazed at the variety available in a plant based whole food diet.

Oh my goodness this woman is my goal EVERYTHING. Turning 40 has been a real wake up call for paying attention to my body and my health, and as a dental hygienist I see how many of my patients are unhealthy and are on a long list of medications. I would have to say that at least half (and maybe over 3/4) of the people I encounter both professionally and personally (my family and friends) are at an unhealthy weight or have food induced health issues. I am so thankful to see that heading towards menopause and peri-menopause I don't have to just give up and let myself go downhill. Thank you for the educational inspiration!

Julieanna for President!!! I never ate better in my life than since going plant-based 6 years ago, and I was most often "the cook" in the house.

I am looking for the Pacific "lite" oat milk that was talked about in that video. Whole Foods does not carry it. They have the regular with the enzymes and hidden sugar as discussed in the video. Where can I find it? Thank you for all the great infos.

I know how Julieanna feels about her father. My whole family is the same way and will not change to plant-based! It is so disheartening
