My daughter told me that she had ordered this book today. That was my introduction to this man and his findings...and then here he is!

I think we have to stop calling it a movement, and acting as though this is an odd way to eat/be. This is the way humans are meant to eat; high nourishment, low medical needs. Eating meat and dairy, processed foods, is the odd way to eat; which can bring on inflammation and sickness. Thanks for bringing us all these great interviews.

A friend of the family is an Allergist MD. I asked him if any of his patients are allergic to meat or fowl and he said no, that is almost unheard of. I asked then what are they allergic to and he said, they are allergic to wonderful wholesome plant based goodies like tree pollen, ragweed, mold form leaves, poison ivy, peanuts, citrus fruits, strawberries, high oxalate greens, soy products, wheat gluten, nightshade vegetables, natural bee stings and the list goes on.
