Kyle, dude, get a CPAP machine. They are sold as anti-apnea or anti-obstruction or anti choking devices but in actuality they are oxygenators. Hypoxia from weak sleep time oxygenation leads to every bad outcome, inflammation first. Whereas this is in effect similar to hyperbaric therapy. You’ll wake up bouncing.
