your pushups are targeting the upper chest and not the lower chest as you indicated in your title to your video.incline body position will target the lower chest.did you do this on purpose?

I think the pushups you are doing are more similar to incline bench than decline. For decline you would put your hands on the box.

Не соглашусь: возрастные люди, как правило, имеют склонность к гипертонии, поэтому жим вниз головой будет им не то, что не полезен, а скорее даже вреден. А отжимания на брусьях очень быстро добьют либо локти, либо плечи возрастных атлетов. Эти упражнения хороши в молодости, когда тело гибкое, суставы не убиты и ещё нет возрастных болячек. Всем здоровья!

Were is your upper chest Bobby .. everybody makes the mistake of training to much flat bench and decline bench and end up witch a huge lower chest wich make the chest look like an Ski Jump 😂
