Its interesting how the format of CoG has changed since the early movie episodes like this- this is basically just a quick synopsis of the plot of the movie with commentary (still very funny) and the newer ones have more BTS stuff, budget/box office, general trivia, impact on the industry, etc.

I was going to say, considering all the real world stories of much smaller people lifting incredibly heavy objects to save loved ones during an adrenaline rush, seeing a 7+ foot career soldier lifting a slab of rock that maybe weighed 300-400 pounds doesn't even sound superhuman, it sounds like the minimum expectation of his job requirement. Related but in a different way: my Dad is Canadian and tried to join the Air Force as a fighter pilot when he was a young man but was denied because he was 6'3" but only weighed like, 130lbs, so he was deemed too lightweight for his height bracket to qualify. He could have been a pilot for a transport plane or something but he wasn't about that life, so instead he applied to work on planes for Boeing and did that for 5 years.

The odd thing about Steel, is it is essentially the same plot as Iron Man. Weapons designer invents cool new weapon. During a field test something goes horribly wrong, and in the aftermath of that, our hero decides to hang up his weapons designing gig. But when he sees bad things happening he builds a suit of Armor to combat them. But his former weapons building partner happens to be the big bad who he has to defeat.
