Now early route pokemon defeating a pseudo-Legendary sounds practically impossible in game, even Ralts is now part fairy, Ruby was so talented he could have surpassed his dad by the start of the arc. The dragon was heavily injured by them that it caused a rampage during the time Norman was taking his gym exam. Because Ruby was like 4 years-old, he was worried authorities would take his pokemon away as they may deemed it unsafe, Norman took the blame and caused him to not be a gym leader until they moved to Hoenn.

When Sapphire confesses she tells Ruby about that friend from all those years ago and Ruby connects the dots and even if he hadn't he would have reciprocated. This was absolutely one of my favorites, if not, my favorite arc's in the Pokemon Adventures manga. It has the best ship, some of the best plot twists, character development, and the greatest surprise in all pokemon history; he did not have white hair, He was wearing a hat the whole time.😂😂😂. But in all seriousness, playing through all the old pokemon games, and until that scene in the story, I didn't realize it was a hat.I thought it was his ridiculous hair.
