Hello gents, wife asked me to move back in last night after being apart for 5 weeks. I was not able to join the program as the cost was out of reach as I have other financial obligations that are taking priority at this time. But I religiously watched and re-watched all of Josh's videos as well as others and what information was given on the videos I implemented into my life and my relationship. I have created routines, habits and rituals that are a part of my morning and evening routine that have contributed to my success. Thank you for sharing so much information for free on here, so happy I stumbled across your page. Lastly, down 20 lbs in 6 weeks, zero consumption of alcohol, more productive at work, more emotionally stable & more masculine.

Man, wins like this are truly why I dedicate so much time and effort into helping guys. I'm so glad you could find value in my videos and that I could be a part of your journey to reconciliation with your wife. Now that you're moving back in with her, make sure to stay in your masculine frame. Continue with all the changes you've made. Good luck!

My wife left last week. You give me hope. She went out with me for our 6th anniversary. She let me know she loves me and misses me and doesn’t want anyone else but needs space and time. We decided to work together on finances and coparent and therapy individually (we need it as we have let go of ourselves taking care of jobs and our child)

I no longer react to my wife. I reflect her emotions back to her starting with a ‘I get it’, ‘I hear you’ or ‘I understand’, followed by explaining what she is feeling. The complaining almost always stops right there.

I enrolled in the program March 1st this year shorty after my wife mentioned divorce. It’s really counter intuitive. You have to do what she expects you not to do. Don’t beg don’t please give her space and let her come to you. Increase your value brother and learn to validate her feelings. I’m 5 months in went from talking about divorce to getting back together in the next 30 days. Don’t give up.

Started not falling into my wife's frame for the last couple of days. Mantained my cool, did not respond with emotion to her tests. Now she brought up sex on her own, comes to kiss me often, and made me a hot beverage without me asking. Just waiting to see what more will happen if I keep passing her tests.

This is probably the best of Josh’s videos. I’ve watched perhaps half dozen times. It covers many of the challenges and practical solutions to relationship problems. I’ve applied many of them to my own personal development and relation reconstruction. Results come with time - consistency and patience.

Got you too bro I also heard you were or are or worked in addiction counseling id love to get a conversation with you about addiction and recovery etc I'm working on getting a lobbyist position in my state to push for reform on treatment and the approach Alot of my ideas stem from what I have learned from you and my own personal experience with addiction I May have never mentioned that on top of me and my wife being on the outs when I first started watching your videos she had also gone back into active heroin addiction so I was really fighting two major issues at the same time and have had great success with our relationship and instead of just pushing out or like I used to do about her program and how she didn't comply and never followed the rules and blah blah blah blah This time I've kind of just let her fall on her face and as hard as that is to do she is doing a hundred percent better in this new program that she's in versus how she was in her old program at 3 months or so in now it's amazing how much just letting things go and just leading with your own example can make such a difference amazing Josh hopefully someday we can chat man It would be freaking awesome

Need help with asserting masculine boundaries and also with unpacking baggage to actually be able to move forward. Married for 7 years and she still brings up things that happened 5 or more years ago, still very bitter, tons of resentment and until we actually deal with those problems from early on in our marriage, then we’ll never make any progress and us either divorcing or separating will be happening soon. Each day we grow further apart and could be too far gone or too late. Taking on any new clients/couples by chance?…Haha Thank you Josh, very inspirational

I dunno, once she is done they're done, they were secretly not happy for years whether she told you and you didnt pick up on it or didnt take it seriously. Could even be like me where if we didn't talk about it maybe I can make her happy somehow. Mine wants to leave, she is just saving up for a house to move out. It hurts because I feel like I didmt do anything but as I noticed her get more distant I did get more needy and she frequently said I sounded like I'm begging. But what the hell am I supposed to do, I dunno how long I got

Are there consequences for the boundaries you set? If not, then they are empty words that make her more angry that you compromise who you are Also, HOW you express that is important. Is your message laced with anger or from a place of self-love?

If you haven’t yet, make the call to Marriage Mastery. It’s a bit of money but well worth it. I’m separated 10 months and haven’t felt this good since the breakup. I learned to let her go, forgive her and forgive myself. She’s seeing someone else too. I care a lot less than I used. I’m in the best shape mentally and physically I’ve in years. Other women are noticing and I have been able to rebuild and start new relationships - with men and women. If my wife comes back or not, I am a changed man, confident and happy with whatever happens.

This is an very informative video of why things breakdown. Complacency, not watering the plant, not fulfilling what she needs done right away. She has kids and doesn’t want to have to manage you to she needs your help with the kids don’t let her do everything by herself. We have to change habits and realize she is very different thinking emotionally then men are

Hi Josh I’ve started your course and it’s been great so far. I’m writing my letter from the CLC as a first step and giving a small quotes pocket book to you got this to her with it. Now I caught her having an affair (started Nov) in Jan and she was having an emotional affair for about a year and a bit. I freaked out from everything I found out left home for space and even contacted the guy and told his wife. We have 2 children 10yrs and 12yrs but she says she wants to be with him now. It’s a hard one as we have a family holiday in the Maldives and she’s making a list of boundaries. Will be a tough one to play with and continue the course whilst out there. Will persevere and since we are still in the same house and I’m adopting some of your work lets see what happens as she wants a divorce (and so did I) and split money to start again. Should I read my letter to her or just give it to her?

Firstly, Its natural to feel that way. Lets pause.....take a DEEEP breath in your nose and let it ALL out. Okay. Firstly, it is you. Don't listen to her. I am not saying that to hold blame or guilt. But start with honesty. Secondly, the fact that you are TERRIFIED if she would leave you is WHY she feels different. She doesn't want to feel NEEDED, she wants to be wanted Tap into that well of fear, for it has the answer to your problems

My wife and I have been together for 14 years. We have 3 kids, oldest is 12, youngest is 5. Our relationship hasn’t been great for several years. We had a serious talk about 2 months ago and she told me that she thinks she’s done and she isn’t in love with me anymore. One of her issues with me is that I didn’t help out with household and kids stuff. I’ve stepped up and started doing more stuff but it’s pissed her off more because it shouldn’t have come to this point to get me to help out. We aren’t fighting but she is cold and distant towards me and living in the same house is really awkward. I want to win her back but not sure how. I have a call with Josh’s team tomorrow morning. Wish me luck

Getting divorced after 32 years and it's a bit scary. I mentioned getting divorced several times during the years but I never filed for divorce. The damage was done. My wife felt unsafe and built up a wall. No intimacy for almost 20 years and I love making love with my wife. Now we are both dealing with lawyers instead of trying to repair. My father was my role model and not a good model as to how to be a husband. Just being a provider is not enough. I can't replace those lost years. I do not want to get divorce. My wife was my first serious girlfriend and my only wife. What am I to do ?

It's amazing to hear you have the motivation to work on yourself. Space can be tough, especially when the situation feels out of your control. Even though space, at this moment, seems like an enemy, it's actually the opposite. It can help you pinpoint where the possible issues are coming from, and you can use this insight to help yourself grow. When you have the motivation to change and knowledge of what to change you open yourself up to small and big improvements that will be recognized by your partner. Take it slow and give yourself time.

Just an FYI. Your friend wasn’t being prescribed estrogen. Excess testosterone gets converted into estrogen by an enzyme called aromatase. Common when you’re on TRT. It does make you emotional. I kind of think every guy should experience that at some point because it helps you understand women slightly better….slightly.

Man don't even chat. My cousin had suicide attempt, cause his T dropped to essentially non existing levels. Later he was diagnosed with tumor on his pituitary gland. He said he doesn't wish this to his worst enemy. He couldn't recognize himself. He couldn't workout, start actions, take risk and anything. Smallest stress was causing him to fall in serious anxiety and panic mode.

It's not about who is more to blame or more right. Both parties play a role in the relationship, and they also have different problem-solving tendencies and needs. Women tend to suppress their negative emotions until they can't anymore and get into a negative mindset, while men tend to address issues more upfront. It's simply about understanding how differently people solve issues and how they get affected when these issues are not resolved.
