Whole fat yogurt - 1/2 cup
Sour cream - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 1/2 cup
Flour - 3 cups
Baking powder - 1 tbsp
Filling: Boiled grated beets

: Apples
: Ground raisins with nuts.
Other filling ideas:
Green onion with boiled eggs

; Mashed potatoes with mushrooms
