Great movements. I add some resistance/difficulty at home with bands and balance boards. And essentially do the same at the gym with weights as a powerful warmup. Thanks for sharing.

Pardon me if the questions sound silly 😅.. Could this also be considered a pre-workout warm-up mobility? If so for how long would one do this routine before weight lifting? Should I consider this like a warmup workout or this is a full short "awakening body"/mobility routine ?

Not silly at all. Sure it can! You'll be warmed up for sure. Just be mindful of what lifts you're doing and add more specific movements if needed. for instance, if you had deadlifts on the menu, you'd want to warm up the hammies, low back, glutes a bit more.
