We have a physical life, a body and a mind, for a purpose. Just enjoy life, we all have desires, goals and wishes, we want to manifest, that is why we are here.......! Just manifest from the soul but do not identify with the desires and wishes, they are just ideas and you can not claim the outcome either, just dare to experience, surrender to the soul and accept the outcome and adjust, be creative too. When we leave the body we will start a new adventure, boundless and aware, the infinite reality. I find a lot of people confused, just accept that this episode is a reality now, our physical Life with a body and mind which need full attention instead of spacing out floating around and telling our selves "it's just all an illusion" , the fact is that it is and it is not....some people can't get used to this dichotomy and get lost.

We are losing everything, really everything, I don't know if anyone is noticing. This is the apocalypse, a slow apocalypse. It's the frog slowly boiled but without turning back. One thing is to "forcefully" lose the attachments, another thing is to transcend them with your will. What is happening is a losing, a losing in the life of the whole humankind. Nothing is ok, not everything. It's not ok to "lose care" for things... We are losing ourselves... My only hope is to die in peace because this is not life anymore for me..

In the spring of 2016, I sat on my stoop on a lovely evening, just as the sun went down. It was so beautiful. But then, all of a sudden I experienced this as one of the last humans on Earth to witness such beauty. It was terrifying. Since then, death has been my constant companion. Also, this is one world, in a fractal. Nothing really ends or begins. "All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of thing shall be well." Take heart. It is still a beautiful world.

I believe that after ego death there just comes temporary apathy. Existentialism too, perhaps. At least, I hope 😅. I was struggling yesterday during breathing, I have a back injury. Sometimes, when I asusume the posture there is discomfort. I do not observe the numbness and discomfort, I am along with the discomfort. The birds and rustling foliage are always filling a bottomless container that returns that energy to the universal center with both the inhale and exhale. The universal center is the center of the body. This is the same pattern as things to scale. The center of all of what is observable is the same as my own center. Constant change is what is unchanging. No separation, just definition. This is the nature of ki. I think you are brilliant Suzanne.🥰

I have seen my true self and I also struggle with damage to the body. Its very hard because of the fear the mind and brain still has. The panic it brings when you face medical problems. I know im just aware of this and that its not really happening to me but I still feel as if it is. I struggle with this at times on this path so im working on strengthening the vibration of the pure awareness to the point that that fear is dissolved. Im guessing I have not truly allowed my true self to surrender. To go with the flow. Like im holding on to that old me. The illusion of me. This is very hard alone. @@Diamondmind369 I am always less satisfied with breathing when I am in pain but the accompaniment of natural sounds helps. Allowing the pain to be for the moments that I can is interrupted by considerations of what might improve future meditation, such as surgical procedures, chiropracty and even aspirin. I still find myself relaxing and there is some serenity, the more I practice, the less the pain seems strange or out of place during breathing. I also let it accompany the input I recieve from light, passing through my eyelids, the warmth of the sun on skin, and the feel of where I am in contact with the earth, this "chord" can give a sense of harmony that is less disturbing to be with in those moments. This way, "possibilities" do not disturb presence.

It can be dangrous when misunderstood. At first. Its as if with this, without guidance... you are walking a tight rope and on both sides is danger. Danger of falling deeper into the illusion , danger of misunderstanding. Having said that once the cat is out of the box there is no going back.. Theres a transformation. But like you said it changes nothing and at the same time everything. Its a mind fuk lol. But its beautiful. I wish i could talk to you. This is lonley and hard alone. Only a few people on youtube that have truley seen who they are what they are. Im working on strengthening the vibration of me. awareness so that the monkey mind cant keep bringing itself into fear and anxiety. It almost like i havent fully let go. Im holding on to something. What an extraordinary find! I haven't found anyone who talks about this. Teachers talk about many things, they bring up the 8 fold path, the 5 aggregates, the 4 noble truths, the hindrances etc, and these provide a wonderful roadmap for us to investigate , but this talk of what happens, what can happen with identity and a kind of breaking down of the self (which I feel acutely and has often been strange and disorienting). it is a relief to find you. Thank you Suzanne, it makes me glad that you like to talk about awareness and existence that we find ourselves in. I like to talk too! Though talking removes you from the mystery of life, it does however set up an internal vibration that does not stop and will eventually become your own self evident realization. So talking does actually serve a purpose. All roads lead to the mysterious ocean of perception; the "dark sea of awareness". As you journey across you eventually arrive at the true Self, to Being, and Becoming. Which brings me to the title of your video. If you meant the end of your phantom-self, you are correct! As you probably know that there is only one true Self, the Self of Creator. when the One became the many, we all began as a little Piece of that true Self, a Spark of the Creator. So we do in fact have a Self! It's that part of us that never changes, which is the ultimate frame of reference for all that does change. Because the true Self is not a thing, and has no attributes, it cannot become an object of knowledge, which is the domain of the first attention, the mundane awareness of every day life. Spirit and we are non-conceptual Entity's, and we are a mystery unto ourselves, at this point. Well Suzanne, unfortunately this has to flow like a monologue because we are not present with each other, I just wanted to give you some things to take back to your laboratory to muse upon, as you have given me ideas to contemplate. Just one more thing. One of the natural effects of aligning with Spirit, is a non-patterning natural field of awareness. It can be quite scary to the ego, at its core realizing it has no control. Especially in a dissolved state where the ego defenses are peeled and the only thing there is a fear of death. All of its fears and plans are to avoid life and death. So strange that it is programmed that way.

In 1998 when I was only 25 years old I was playing around with binaural beats and I created an experimental track. When I listened to it, it put me in an altered state and knocked me out for four hours. During those four hours I was in a different place and I wasn't in the dream. I was watching as a third party, no body. In the dream there was a utopia like society. A lot less people on the planet. But all of the people who were left were young and they didn't age. One was a skateboarder who skateboarded on the sky. And there was an asian woman who was very old, but young looking. She was like 250 years old. They celebrated her birthday one day, everyone loved her. She was like Mother to them. But she was bored. And in the dream she went into the closet and just "left". She didn't want to be alive anymore because she was bored. And I remember in the dream everyone was hurt because she left them. When I woke up I didn't know who I was for about ten minutes; I completely lost my identity and it was terrifying. But it came back soon after. All I can say is I remember that character and I was going to write a story with her in it. But she was wrong about her decision to leave because she didn't realize that she was there for everyone else. Her just being young and alive for so many years, giving wisdom to those who were newer than her, was her purpose. But she couldn't ride the bull. I'm just saying, at your level of spirituality, maybe you came back here to help others and you have to stay here. Just saying. It's not that long. Don't get bored please. (If I am off base forgive me, but if you are the woman in that dream I have to say this.) Don't leave. Finish the contract.

@lrfkn No. But about twice a year I get panic attacks that end with a burst of energy from my head downwards, down my spine and over the left part of my body. Terrifying. And as for the dream, that was so long ago so I don't remember how I felt physically except for the temporary amnesia afterwards. But I remember that dream vividly like I had it yesterday, and I will never forget the characters in that dream. Also in that dream there was a man who was supposed to fly into space, but in the dream his ship got lost in space and he died in space. My former CEO died after a space flight last year. Not in space but in a plane crash a week afterwards. He was a good man. Like an angel.

"I don't know what I'm saying" XD, but also just wanted to say that, for me, the pain of my repressed trauma was so great it felt like I was passing a kidney stone or something. And then when I finally had the courage to see it through to the end, I was violently shaking and crying as my heart rate was going insane, and then that was it. I can't believe it right now, but the dream is dead. Everything I feared was just fear, and I have absolutely nothing to worry about. You do feel like you will lose everything, but you do gain ultimate freedom in the end, as you are consciousness itself. !

There has been a great misunderstanding. Belief is learned. Its external. What Suzanne is talking about is knowing. Like for instance do you know you exist. Or do you believe you exist. Do you believe the sun exists or do you know it exists. Awareness once having gone through the transformation knows it is simply aware. No thoughts no beliefs. It simply is. We are riding on the infinite spiral of Consciousness. Constantly changing forms, yet the Eternal Witness remains. That is what everything & everyone has in common, some call it "Source" "God" "Awareness". From amoebas & bacteria to higher order organisms such as humans and beyond, it is this shared Consciousness which remains the true self. Consciousness + Object = Experience, where Consciousness is the observer, Object is the physical, mental & emotional perceptions. When Consciousness & Object interacts, Experience is created. Subtract either Consciousness or Object, and there is no Experience. We assume a rock has no experience because it is merely an object without Consciousness. Conversely, we experience pure Consciousness when we go into deep sleep. In deep sleep, there is no object, only Consciousness. Deep sleep is not the absence of Consciousness (which is what materialists believe), but rather the absence of objects. Consciousness remains. How do we know this? When we wake up, we have a recollection of dreams with intermittent periods of blankness. Something HAD to Experience/observe this blankness. That one doing the observing is our true nature, Eternal Consciousness.

I’m wondering if this existentialism is connected to trauma. I know mine is. The loss of ego during psychedelics explains that their are levels of consciousness that we are not aware of. I waited decades to go to therapy, and I’m barely beginning to accept some aspects of this reality. We have seemingly accepted this simulation and you may be finding the correct programmatic sequences to break from it through sober thought. Some of us (me) are really only looking for one thing to make me “whole”. So far, I walk with this disconnection, while duality holds the the proverbial switch board. Life is unwarranted and lifelessness in existence is inevitable. It seems like a test, and I’m aceing by noticing.

@@frv6610 I think the ultimate goal is to be regular, knowing that we think in what I perceive is a different wavelength or frequency. I would be inclined to use the phrase “Ignorance is Bliss” without any bad intention or misdirection. Simply put many others are not aware of how these thoughts about reality affect certain people. I could subscribe to the notion that there is a purpose for all this deconstruction. That there is a goal to “get to”. However, I think that (at least for me) when I experience with altered states I delved into these existential realms. I’m not sure their is a goal as much as I think I passed the intended goal built into the consciousness of the unaware.

@@mast3r346 we transform a multitude of times en utero We transform at least as often as... ... about 3months old... ... about 4 or 5 years old... ... again, as me experience 'puberty/maturity'... ...and, many of us FACE adult opportunities to further develop and deny them. We tend to dismiss the subtly as 'adults' because we get carried away. It happens. But all NPCs have energy moving them, we are all Beings. We can let them grow/develop 🙏🏼🥰 We can support each other. Life take care of itself...is something i cant understand So when you choose to abuse someone are you saying is "okay" nothing really happens???! In some people this spark arise from within and there is a space were inner transformation begin, but in this world are also demonic forces and they choose to be in this way, and that is not okay! And that is why we experience this corrupt experience of life that is of the ego and separate from god...

Enlightenment can't be taught, you gotta go on that path alone. Though all those world gurus and mystics don't like hearing that because it exposes them all as fakes and con artists. Zen and all that to. We can try to explain it, but only those who are enlightened will understand what's said. The rest will see us as crazy or say we don't know what we're talking about lol.

Sometimes I worry about you. It seems to me that maybe you’re assuming that all these spiritual and self discovery things are going to save you from previous drama or the pain of every day existence. But has some other people have commented who have more experience than me, I suspect that life continues on afterwards similarly to before, with some minor modifications, or less attachment or less turbulent emotions. No one thing can save us not even spirituality I worried that you’re going to find that at some point these practises stop working because your brain becomes used to them, and they become somewhat effective but less intense buy a lot, and then you’re going to try even harder to find more extreme spiritual methods or self reflection, and be frustrated why it’s not working and maybe have a breakdown.
