This dissolution of the “me” is such a funny thing to experience. “I” listen to you talk about it, day after day, week after week, with such gratitude. I can feel and recognize the truth in everything you say, even as I cannot rush or accelerate any element of this dissolving. I experience the letting go and the hanging on. I simultaneously resonate with and have no clue what you’re talking about. 🤨😜😂 I feel both inevitability and frustration. 🙏💜🤬 I laugh I breathe deeply, and I complain. I listen to your talks (and others) at breakfast and feel the closeness that cannot be touched. Nothing needs to change, there is no problem to be solved. I like the Hindu definition of what is ultimately "real" being nothing that appears or disappears can be real. Therefore, anything that changes is not ultimately real. 🕉

@@TaylorQuince19493 perhaps you compensate some lack via food. I'd suggest asking yourself what sweetness of life you need.

The body can become addicted to the dopamine released as a result of eating, especially sugary foods. Also, certains yeasts in the gut (candida) can begin to take over the system like a parasite and send signals to the brain to eat more sweets and carbohydrates. We aren't in control. The body thinks the thoughts that imply a controller, but it's all just cells doing their individual and collective things.

Looking into the Ayurvedic diet and whole food plant based eating has helped me with cravings for overly sweet, salty, spicy or sour foods. It's one area of our lives that can easily get out of balance because we all need to consume food and the way food is often marketed to us is all about the pleasure response.

Emotions are innocent, brought on by karma. Actions though, can be skillful or not. Unskillfull actions can disturbed the peace of mind. All the great wisdom of the world points to non separation, non dualism. When one lies or acts against another, this creates more separation, and your peace of mind will be disturbed. Actions matter, as do lies. Everyone has an ego they must take care of.

that is a beautiful tree.. I wonder how old it is?..🤔...I wonder what thoughts the tree has?... :).... has the tree always existed?...... From what I can tell, it's element/spirit always has. I used to believe, that all we are is a 'speck' in a timeline, and that like seasons the scenario's repeat. Here we are in this moment of time, at a place of that isn't new.. it is a familiar place, differing from another time and place maybe, 'slightly'... There are beautiful tree's... it would be a shame if tree's did not exist. The belief of being a 'speck' in a timeline with repeating season/scenario's...🤔 .. isn't accurate from what I can tell. I disagree you said nobody is actually there that nobody is real because i think everything is real it is actually there that's just my take on it i also disagree the things we believe our mind up idea because i think it's not made up at all but i do agree resonate that there is nothing wrong if some choose to lie or if some choose to tell the truth, i also think it's nothing wrong being mad, sad, fear and happy i think it's all totally natural too i also think there's nothing wrong being shy and confident i think it's ok if some choose to be confident or if some choose to be shy and some choose to be quite and some choose to talk too much i also think it's ok to some choose to be strange or if some choose to be weark i also think there's nothing wrong with being strange or weak i also think it's ok to have all emotions as long they don't murder and bully anyone but the only thing i think it's not ok to bully and murder kill innocent beings in my point of view take and i do agree what you said i am love the way i'm are there is no need to change be someone else there is no need to improve i always been saying this is nothing to improve on i really don't want to improve on anything i also don't want to be someone that i'm not that won't make me happy because i love being my real true self doing what makes me happy
