We are being instructed and cornered covertly to provide everything for them in a way that no one knows their true MO. Chris, thanks for reiterating the basics of the truth. It hurts less and less as we build ourselves to grow our self-esteem and self-discipline. I call myself “on pause ” mode because of the Nature of the abuse. It stems from childhood trauma. Now is the best time to address the damage which may be reversible thanks to the support we are getting! Amen 🙏🏾

First rage spell took place my driving him in my car. Advisory: Our safety is at stake. Pray and stay vigilant…before you know it passes. It shows up unexpectedly especially when you hold back on “confessing” and revealing your ability to give, give and give non-stop. Self-respect always returns with staying away. I am at fault for texting positive statements thinking I am drawing good from them. Wrong moves! Conclusion: I am a libeling learner and lover of everything GOOD. Yes but no. Catch yourself and keep at it. You will be more consistent. They are very convincing and pull from our energy reserves. Each time I have to work it out with prayer, walking and meditating. Smooth yourself and give tons of self-care. It is very immoral yet it keeps going on. God be with you; seek comfort within: that’s where our True Power lies. Alone is best.
