Your videos are so insightful. Thank you. I found it particularly interesting that the people inhabiting China were not allowed to partake in certain Vedic activities because they ate meat. I was so glad when I became vegetarian many many years ago. And so pleased to be a vegan of around 10 years now. And I have never felt clearer. I actually teach Qi Gong, and another interesting similarity between Indian martial arts and Chinese. I found that similarity to with Shakti and Shiva and Yin and Yang. Teaching Qi Gong in an Asian community centre really resonates with them, because I can bring in some Vedic teachings to the practise also. It is absolutely facintating how this all starts to be connected. Thanks again for sharing. And we will make the world a better place. Hare Krishna. :)

Ramayana in China Various Jataka stories of Rama was popular in china, the earliest known telling of Ramayana was found in a Buddhist text, Liudu ji jing. The impact of Ramayana on chinese society is evident from the the popular folklore of Sun Wukong, a Monkey king who is similar to Hanuman from Ramayana.

Sounds like you are denying China’s Vedic history, the evidence is right there. By the way the cate system was introduced by the British, it was never part of Vedic history.

Vedic and Indian history is not mythology but actual historic fact, Modern technology like DNA, evidence and carbon dating has proven that the events in our historical records like the Mahabharata, actually happened. You need to stop spreading misinformation you’re not even Chinese you seem to have some ulterior motive.

we have to follow a scientific methodology to mine the factual historical data from Vedic and post-Vedic literary sources so that certain It seems Mayāsura considered this conjunction in Aries as an astronomical epoch and authored his Sūrya Siddhānta in 6778 BCE at the end of the 28th Krita Yuga of Vaivasvata Manvantara. This astronomical evidence of the conjunction of all planets in Meṣa Rāśi conclusively establishes the epoch of the end of the 28th Krita Yuga around 6778-6777 BCE. Thus, the beginning of the 28th Tretā Yuga can be conclusively established on 3rd Dec 6777 BCE, Māgha Śukla Pratipadā, based on the Māgha Śuklādi calendar of Vedāṅga Jyotiṣa. Brahma Siddhānta introduced the 12-year cycle and the 60-year cycle from 26th Feb 6773 BCE, Chaitra Śukla Pratipadā, based on the Chaitra Śuklādi calendar. The study of the entire Vedic corpus reveals that ancient Indians of Vedic and post-Vedic period followed only 5-year Yuga cycle and 20-year Chaturyuga cycle. There is no reference of the timeline of Manvantara cycle in Vedic corpus. The Jovian cycle of 12-year and 60-year cycle came into practice at the end of the 28th Krita Yuga in 6778 BCE. So, ancient Indians followed only the 5-year Yuga cycle before the beginning of the 28th Tretā Yuga in 6777 BCE. Ancient Indian chronological traditions indicate that a total of 1837 Yugas or 9185 years (1837 x 5) had elapsed before the epoch of the 28th Tretā Yuga (6777 BCE). Therefore, we can roughly establish the epoch of the Ādiyuga, or the first 5-year Yuga cycle of early Rigvedic period, in 15962 BCE. Hence, ancient India followed a continuous chronological tradition that commenced around 15962 BCE.

I don't have any proof. I believe the Arabic word sura: a chapter in the Koran is cognate with the word sutra. as in Kama Sutra. sutra = stitching, as in suture. Hard bound books are stitched together, unlike Harlequin paperback novels which are held together by Elmer's glue. Islamic people (on the Internet) don't believe me in the fact that "sura" came from the Sanskrit "sutra". People are brainwashed in their lineage.

I have a question out of curiousity, however it is slightly off topic. Why is it that in Vedic tradition, it is acceptable to consume plant flesh and not animal flesh? From my culture, we have a story that the plants took pity upon humans, when we made the animals angry and decided to help us survive. In a nutshell. I cannot read sanskrit otherwise i would have dove into hindu texts a long time ago.
@RadhaMohanonutube2 жыл бұрын
Animals are on a higher level of conscious than plants. Just like us, they miss their family members, feel loss, fear and pain. Plants, fruits and vegetables have this but in a very minute degree. So our food is vegetables but even then we should offer them to God first
@stryc99412 жыл бұрын
Interesting, thank you for the reply. It is quite enlightening "re"discovering what our ancestors knew and thought about the universe. Your videos, especially the astronomy focused ones, sparked a change in me many years ago that has been incredibly grounding (no pun intended 😁) for me and those whom i am around. 🙏 i am glad that plants are at least respected to an extent in vedic views. They give so much and ask for so little. We need them more than we often think about.

Culture is like genetics. Genes don't have date stamps. Example. Western Chess and Chinese Chess has a lot of genes from its common ancestor, Chaturanga, Indian Chess. Chinese Chess is closer to Chaturanga than Western Chess. Stories have a genetic heritage too. Batman came of the shadow of . . . The Shadow.
