A very talented and underrated band. True artists in every sense of the word. It's a shame guitarist, John Spinks, passed away from liver cancer. He loved his fans so much that he actually said he wished he could thank each and everyone personally. They don't make music and they don't make bands like this anymore !

I believe this song was written by the band as a tribute to Tony's wife passing away. One of their best and they've had many great ones. You can feel the emotion in the last minute of the song

Was it an extra track? I haven’t been able to find this song in any Outfield’s album, including Any Time Now...

It was only released on the "online only" cd version of the album, which had 17 songs, instead of 12. The rarer and complete version has the girl on the cover wearing a hat, instead of a helmet. It's much harder to find.

For the Outfield a somewhat bleak song, not so energizing, envigourating as I'm used to.
