Forgiving those around us works for the average everyday disgruntlements of life, but you should not forgive everything. Some things are beyond forgiveness, like genocide. You can't resurrect every dead person to be able to have them accept the apology of their persecutors. The time for forgiveness was lost. You can only pray for God to heal those who remain, and to have mercy on the descendants of genocidal regimes. Saying you forgive a culture or nation that doesn't repent or admit its failings stops them from reflecting on their behavior, and allows them into deeper depravities. Turkey did not face consequence for their multiple genocides, and today continues persecution and depravity. Forgiving the unrepentant is casting pearls before swine. But should they come in contrition, even the most famous saints were at first cruel persecutors who found salvation.

We will always judge according to the flesh when we are operating from the carnal. But if the Life of Christ gains ground in us, we will see people through His eyes and not the old Adam. The old Adam will never be able to not judge or judge correctly (for a spiritual man judges all things, says the Bible, which is simply discernment I think) but the only possible way we can see things rightly and accurately is if we die to our carnal mind and submit and obey the Holy Spirit and see thru His eyes

I’ve been trying to turn my life back to Christ in the Church. I had my life turned very strongly toward Christ and let the devil in. Worldly romantic relationships are with intercourse and without marriage. They are empty of true love. Which is sinful. It is fornication and prideful. I never knew it'd hurt so much. So many in the Swedish Church don't teach proper repentance. I always asked myself at the very start of my walk with God that "how come no one seem to talk about this? talk about the PAIN!?". Sometimes it is so painful it feels impossible to bear. But then the Lords words echo in me "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it."
@KoniWorxАй бұрын
Interesting. I came back to this video somehow. I'd like to give advice to my 3 month past self (you): It is painful to deny the flesh, but what you gain by aligning yourself to Christ is far greater. You are also not fighting this alone, but WITH Christ. Whenever my pain feels too great these days, I go off to a lonely place and I just sit with the Lord and I let the heart speak to him directly. More often than not, I feel a billion times lighter afterwards. You are a boat on the waters. Christ is the destination. Repentance is course correction towards Christ.

Beautiful with the rain Father. I am so glad I listened to you this morning before mass, it is a wonderful blessed remedy to my soul. I experienced three very upsetting angry outbursts with family members last week which shook me to my very core, as I have ‘prided’ myself with recent victories over sin and a renewed prayer life. Thank you for your holy direction. I think I now understand how the necessity for repentance reveals itself. Deo Gratias 🙏🏻

I am in spiritual disarray. I grew up pentecostal, converted to Islam in 2018. I left Islam but I keep falling back in to it during hard times for some reason. I'm trying to rebuild my faith in Christ so that I no longer take part in this spiritual tug of war. Your videos are very helpful.

I am also a fellow pentecostal myself. The old fashioned type. I have back slid on God and lately have been turning back to church and cleaning up my soul. Don't turn his word away, remember he said heaven and earth shall pass away, but my word, will never pass away. I AM the first and the last. There are none before me, and none after me. The Lord is truly the way. There is no other way. Satan is very very deceptive. He makes lies look as truth, and wrong will seem right. And yes he does use religion as a tool against you. But deep down you know where the truth is. And who it is.

I am Muslim but when I study Bible. It made my believe that Islam is true. Because in Bible there are many Prophecies of Prophet Muhammad PBUH. Jesus PBUH is our Prophet.
