Thanks. Although I was already familiar with those verbs it was so useful to realise the three types of verb, regular, hollow and final weak. Although I have heard you say it many times it is good to get it clear in my mind how it works. Nice and clear. Thanks

Thanks, Alan, I will be making some more on the present tense, future, etc to make it clearer when referencing, etc. Best, I

I looked at your videos and did not see any lessons regarding plurals in Arabic. I know very little about them other than most are irregular plurals and was told its somewhat difficult to figure out a given word's plural. Do you have any videos regarding plurals? I am learning so much from you. Thank you for all your hard work.

Hi. Thanks for the lesson. On the first and second person forms of حكى , does the ح get the short vowel a, or is it basically as though it carries Sukūn?
@ArabicClearlyLevantineArabic2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it would have to as we don’t start on a constant. Thanks

This is probably a simple question, but is how does the empty ى work in حكى ? Is it a short vowel َ ?
@ArabicClearlyLevantineArabic8 ай бұрын
It’s a long vowel or weak letter that changes to a strong ي
