Hey, I’m descended from Armstrongs (my mother’s maiden name). I’m happy to know that my thyroid is okay, as demonstrated by constant blood tests. Last TSH/ T4 Free was 1.53:) It was the first thing the doctors tested for. This was really informative and fun to listen to. Thank you!

I was told to stay away from nightshades vegetables??
