What application do you use to program the watch for exact timing ??

Awesome video. I keep having a problem with jumping. I can skip for about a min straight but I always mess up by getting the rope caught on my heel. I don't know where I'm messing up I think I'm jumping at the same tempo but maybe my rope is too short?

It's possible. But usually if your rope is catching your heels it means you're keeping your hands too far forward (which causes the rope to hit the ground too far out front). Try pulling your hands back a little bit and see if it makes a difference.

@@jamespoule8813 yes even 60 seconds straight is a lot for jumping rope Take a break and do it again and again
