Great video ❤ I just wanted to ask if you could add exercises for triceps. You said that the bodyweight dips were for chest. Any suggestions?
@STRIQfit
@STRIQfit 9 ай бұрын
Tricep extension push-ups or Tricep extensions on a bar, block, or rings will work wonders! You also get some activation during dips

although once you start intermediate lvl you should set your goals that which skill you will learn lvl ke if you aim for 90 degree hold and handstand aur handstand pushup to learn that you will add the progressions of those skills like pike push if they become easy than start doing elevated pike push up I am sure you will struggle there but that's the key to archive your goals what I ment to say is think what you want to learn and stick to that till you master it and let me tell some pull exercise too once you start intermediate lvl you should add different variations of pull ups like archer pull ups high pull ups inverted row archer pull ups the pull exercise is lor harder than the push and in pull routine you should learn back lever and many more skills there .... If you are not able to do the handstand then try shoulder stand and headstand first

Why should I choose 1 out of the 4 skills you said, frog stand, tuck planche, elbow lever or L Sit. Should we not aim to go for all of them?

How long should the rest in between sets be?
@STRIQfit
@STRIQfit 15 күн бұрын
@p0d-KO 90 seconds is usually enough. No longer than 5 min. You want to maintain that warmness. The longer you do rest however, the longer your workout
