I usually really struggle with side planks with my L4L5 L5s1 discs herniated. The tension it creates is always too much for me no matter how many times I try. But thank you for this routine.

Good luck! Post about it to let us know how it goes. It's hard to work around thoracic issues even when exercising core and legs so if you got tips I'm interested

3 weeks post spinal decompression surgery.. I'm really struggling with physio due to needing a hip replacement & I'm I'm bad pain with it.. any tips regarding this please I would be very grateful

I had a spinal fusion surgery for scoliosis 1999 at 12 and then a c-section in 2006 so I now have diastasis recti. I have been told by a few doctors I have a weak core and to strengthen but no guidance on what to do I’m very weak and not athletic my goal is a flat stomach with abs.

At 74 I doubt I can do these exercises. Does anyone have videos for seniors that can be pretty easily done and not involving lying on the floor? BTW, I really love your Tampa Bay Bucs flag. GO BUCS!
