Hi everyone, welcome back to my kitchen, today we're going to make a delicious Swiss Roll cake. Delicious soft sponge roll filled with light and airy whipped cream! This is my attempt to recreate the famous Dojima Roll from Mon Cher bakery in Japan. It's super delicious, not too sweet and just so beautiful to look at as well.

Ingredients:
Sponge:
- 5 eggs
- 100g flour
- 100g sugar
- 50g vegetable oil
- 100g milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Cream:
- 50g mascarpone
- 250g whipping cream
- 30g sugar
OR
- 300g whipping cream
- 30g sugar
(enough for filling, make more for decoration)
- Strawberries for decoration
