as a fellow hamstring hater, i always do them first--treat them like the worst thing on your plate, so you can get through it knowing you have yummier things to look forward to it also prevents me from skipping them when they're the last thing on my list and i feel like tapping out

My workouts are in a construction garage with many improvised pieces and creativity, VERY unconventional. But getting the job done. I'm proud of what I've accomplished in a year. I am now a 65 year old F. I've considered the "unbalance" of my performance and have taken into consideration with some of this and some of that added. I'm having a blast, I assist myself with handholds or touching for balance to avoid possible old lady injuries. None the less it is a journey of a lifestyle. I appreciate you Patty!

Pro tip for squat: A great way to fix your hips from shooting back on squat is to do more glute exercises that involve a lot of hip-hinge (RDLs, good mornings, pull throughs, etc.) This will improve glute activation which will help you tuck your hips in while driving out of the hole during a squat.

Thanks for the vid Patty, great content per usual. Those iso horizontal leg press' looked gnarly. I've got a similar front back imbalance, for me I've set myself up with barbell/pendlay rows and single leg stiff leg deadlifts, incorporating them has been helpful so far.

Was cheering for you on that Squat, you was sooo close! "LITE WEIGHT" That gym has some cool machines, I like plate loaded stuff. Those pendulum style leg presses can give you a crazy pump, I actually rly like those, they are underrated.
