@@jtm_fit I have. I can only get to the gym 3 times a week based on my schedule and the job has me sitting in a chair for long hours so the lower body and back does get tight. These movements and the roller have helped. Just depends if I take the time to actually stretch out or drink beer instead! Depends on the day!
