Season the brisket well on all sides with salt and pepper.

2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (mayonnaise or sour cream).
Squeeze 4 cloves of garlic with a garlic press.
Chop the dill finely.
Mix well.
Pour the prepared sauce over the pork and coat well.
