if it adds 20lb to my squat, but the cost is having to look like a 5 year old girl trying not to pee herself I don't think its worth it.

I think the important thing to consider is how the knee curve is occurring. I haven’t read the study so I can’t really speak on both knees caving together but if you have only one knee caving in there is definitely some form of imbalance.

I thought it's just inner tights pulling knees together as it kicks in to lift you up. But honestly I'm not surprised it's body shifting in to better position. Body knows better than all the Athleans!
