For friendlies, if practice is what you want, play your main. There's no point busting out that Ridley if you're never gonna play him in tournament.

ROY'S DAIR BREAKS CROWN ARMOUR?? This is the best video ever.
@xael-the-artist77082 жыл бұрын
I didn't even know that was a thing. Something I did learn was doing a grab when he throws crown and then do a throw to not get affected by the crown going back, but that alone can be adapted so I could struggle with it. Knowing about Dair the crown armour is just mind blowing.

Shadowboxing makes absolutely no sense to me, but the rest sounded like legitimate advice.
@BadmouthBlooper2 жыл бұрын
You're just mapping out the options you have in scenarios you want to work on, usually common scenarios. We can't always have a practice partner to understand scenarios or make the computer do exactly what we want, so why not use our imagination? You're finding, solving, and practicing scenarios without the pressure of figuring out how to deal with those scenarios in the moment.

@@BadmouthBlooper Mmmmh. Like, how do I get out of a Piranha Plant ledge trapping me with poisonous smoke and spiked ball? And I imagine the trajectories and the Plant's positioning...? Hell, that requires a lot, A LOT of imagination... Better than nothing, I suppose, but... Without feedback, how do you know what you're doing, let alone if it would work?
