Americans have much superior Logistics, supplies, and even weaponry even being far beyond from their homeland. With or without Luna, we'd still lose given that our military was poor in most, if not all, aspects. An average Philippine Revolutionary Army soldier couldn't shoot straight and misses even a shot towards an American rifleman just less than a hundred meters away. Moreover, not every soldier had a Spanish Mauser M93 rifle, because others (much of the army) were armed with outdated weaponry. Do not forget about regionalism and limited supplies. Cordillera fortress might give some help, but consider the supply issues that would emerge later on. It's just the struggling newborn Republic, and this Republic alone, against the United States of America. It won't last for long.

Them moving to the mountains and forested parts did take so much time. Aguinaldo was captured in 1901 and it still took them some more time than that to completely take over most of the Philippines.

To everyone in the comment section here, AnarchyMaid is right. Inanutshellmaps copied/traced another mapper called "Delirium maps", you should really check his channel (he made a community post calling this guy out btw). Mapinanutshell often traces/copies other peoples' work and sadly gets far more views than them
