It is very easy to break though, as it is a simple substitution cipher. A mere frequency analysis gives it away, the longer the ciphertext the easier to crack. But it is indeed one of the more elegant ciphers that can be used to hide stuff from mom and dad and at the same time, have a lot of fun. Great video, nice animation! Thumbs up!

u can add a little variation to it which only u know ( or whoever u tell how the changed cipher works )

For sure! Will still not be very secure as all mono-alphabetic substitution ciphers will fall easily to frequency analysis. :)
