Alright, for anyone wondering about the movies after 2013, here they are: Incredibles 2 happens after Incredibles 1. I haven't watched it yet, so I don't know if it ties up any questions about the Pixar theory. Inside Out would take place in the present that the movie was released in. It might have the answer as to why humans are the absolute power source, but I don't know. The Good Dinosaur is at the forefront of the entire Pixar series. It's what makes the Pixarverse different from ours, dinosaurs didn't die from a comet. I'm not sure what happened to them after, though. Cars 3 comes after Cars 2. Not much else to say here. Coco would also come modern day, but in Spain/Mexico /wherever they're from. I'm pretty sure the Land of the Dead will fit into the Pixar theory somehow, but I don't know. Maybe the Pixar shorts would fit into the Pixar theory too, like the tin man one working with Toy Story but whatever. And before anyone says it, Tangled, Frozen, Moana, Zootopia, Big Hero 6, Wreck-It Ralph and its sequel are Disney films.

Wait wait wait, wouldn't this make a Time Paradox that is forever to keep repeating itself? What was the first? There had to be an original timeline that set this one in motion. If Pixar were ever to go under, I would love a final movie called "Pixar" where they actually showed how every movie is interconnected.

Yes, That would make a time paradox that loops on forever. But that loop only exists for one individual. This make the world outside of this paradox move on just as it normally would. Yes the time line could implode on itself but that is only if there is a time feedback loop. Boo's time loop is not a feedback loop but it is a loop that could potential turn into one. This can only happen if old Boo scares younger Boo into never trusting monsters again. Then there would be a time feedback loop that destroys part of the Pixar time line. =o)

I have my own, "Pixar Theory" All of the Pixar movies take place in a Multiverse. All of the movies except "Cars", "Wall-E" and "Monster's Inc." takes place in one Universe; the "Cars" franchise takes place in another Universe; the "Monster's Inc." takes place in it's own Universe; and "Wall-E" takes place in either it's own Universe, or an Alternate Timeline. Either way, there's no real Supers in "Wall-E", if there were, wouldn't the Supers stop the pollution?

I have an idea for how Inside Out comes into play, here: As far as we know from the film so far, every human's (and possibly animal's) minds are headed by a group of sentient beings living inside their heads. It's their job to protect their human and help them adapt. Maybe the emotions of some people's minds have advanced, or discovered many new ways they can change the abilities of their human to not only protect themselves, but others as well; this lead to the creation and genetics of... duh, da da daaaaa! This would definitely make a lot of sense. My theory was that as bugs got smarter, they started gaining more and more emotions. However, some animals were only smart enough to develop one characteristic, hinting the reasons for the one emotion figures. From there, the animals start to get into the humans heads, the way that we see happen in The Last of Us, in which bugs decide that it would be best for the one emotion bugs to take over the humans heads (because I mean seriously, would you want to have anger constantly yelling at you for no reason if you were a bug).

Also, my theory on how the good Dinosaur fits in is that it takes place after Monsters Inc. where kids start coming from the doors, like boo, completely ruining the whole system, leading kids to start scattering around the world. From this, kids start to not know what to do, in which lots of them die, but some turn physcopathic, hints why the boy in The Good Dinosaur acts like a dog. The dinosaur in the movie as another monster.

If they ran out and tried to reuse the kids scares they would alter the future and still only get the original 100.

+toddbod94 "Kids don't get scared like they used to." Ill try to explain it a bit better this time. Child 1 - 100 scares So child 1 gets scared 100 times and he now isnt afraid of monsters. If they time travel back to when child 1 was afraid they would not be getting new scares they would just be altering the future. No matter how many times they travel back in time they would just alter the future and the child would stop being scared after 100 scares. Thats why they have to move on.

I think what Dirk is saying is that if time travel really existed and kids were easier to scare further in the past, why wouldn't the monsters just visit kids from further in the past? This is mind blowing. It all adds up and makes sense. It explains every easter egg in the pixar movies because boo could have accidentally left them there whilst time travelling. The bugs in the toy story 2 teaser could have been taken back by Boo accidentally. Also, toy story took place at a similar time to Up because there is a postcard in toy story from Carl and Ellie, proving Ellie must still be alive or not be dead for long, also in Up they float past a house where someone has Lotso Hugging Bear.

When they called the 2319, they destroyed the sock, and didn't put it back where it was. When Boo came through the door, Sully was scared of her for a while, not wanting her to touch him. And towards the end, Mike says something like "This might sound crazy, but she's not toxic" All they think is that humans are toxic, so that's why I think, if the Pixar Theory is true, that the Monster world is a different universe, or maybe a different planet, not a different time.

If boo/witch used the spell on other people making them very intelligent animals, that led up to sully meeting boo, than I don't get something.(I probably made some stupid mistake tho). If boo never met sully, than she probably would have never found magic and went back in time, but if she didn't go back in time, then wouldn't everything have been different? How was she able to go back in time in the first place when she was a kid and hadn't met sully, and if she had, that would mean that her future self already traveled back in time because she met sully and it's the same scenario for THAT boo's future self. So how does that work? Which boo came first? Or is that a time paradox or something like the chicken and the egg scenario? I hope someone can answer my question.
