Absolutely you could turn a cargo into a food truck. We turned a cargo into a camper 🤷🏻‍♀️ Partially preparing the crust definitely seems to me like a good plan. Great idea to test it and see how it works. I’d be mostly concerned about the crust getting too dense. That’s awesome that it still cooked up pretty good. Sorry just now watching was at a convention all weekend and just had no time for anything else.

No apology needed for not watching. We all are busy people, I get it! I did this trial run using All Purpose flour, and kneaded it for 15 minutes just "to see" what would happen. In the next attempt, I will step the flour up to a higher gluten Bread Flour? I am impressed with your "dense" comment.

I like to think it will happen. Did take one big step towards doing so. I am going to put this oven to a test of preparing about 6 pizzas in a row to see if I can do it consistently. If not, I will get a better oven. I know, I said $5 just to see if anyone agreed with it! Thanks You Ms. D. Congrats on the citizenship!

I’d come check it out! I know a lot of people love to parbake their Detroit style pizzas, though I prefer them cooked from raw. I know price is always big for me when getting anything from food trucks, I’d be great if you could keep a 4 square under $12 for a 1 topping. Good looking dog on that phone! Good luck! The business model says that one should charge 3 times more than the cost. I understand what you are saying about cost too. I know I would certainly split some hairs to make it affordable, and still gain a profit. The dog on my phone was my best dog ever. Had him put down about 5 years ago when we still lived in Washington State, Thanks Tony!

That was my dog I had to put down about 5 years ago when we still lived in Washington State. The vet said he was part yellow lab, and Akita! His name was Buster, and he was the most amazing dog I have had the pleasure to own! Miss him and hope to see him in Heaven.
