The Plan for My Turbo Cup in 2022

Happy new year!
Whilst the R26 awaits a cambelt change before I can start driving it again, I thought I'd do a little video on the boosted Cup and my plans for some further modifications and hopefully some track time in 2022!

Hi chris, i have a 172 turbo and also struggle with the temps on track so will be looking at doing an oil cooler before the track season kicks off this year. I run ns2r on 15s and they are great!

Hi mate, that's useful to know - glad I am not the only one that has struggled with track temps! I have looked at NS2R too - not sure what they are like on 16's for price, but doubtful i'll get a set of 15's this year too! We'll see.

i have a full set of black series bushes waiting to go on my cup, including steering rack. maybe look at getting some solid top mounts? i run the ktec ones with bilstein coilovers. have you considered a smaller steering wheel? makes a big difference to the drive as well.

@@endofdayzfitnessu.k2126 yep. NA with a diff, decent tyres, brakes and decent handling set up is what makes these fast, not a Chinese knock off turbo. 180bhp in a car this light and nimble is more than enough.
