Pretty cool. Some things I would add are, small round magnifying lens, small round mirror, both thin, some smaller hooks because that dental floss won't land fish big enough to take those hooks, weights, Aleve, immodium, benedryl, and ifvat all possible; a small tubular whistle. The antiseptic could be switched to iodine which could be used for faster water purification as well as medical. I know that sounds like a lot but I think it could be packed in there.
